CONFERENCE AND MEETING ROOM WEXFORD

Choose from our 3 star state of the art conference and meeting rooms that can cater for meetings from 2 to 60 delegates.

Located on the outskirts of Wexford town on the Dublin N11 and Cork N25 roundabout, our location with free car parking and complimentary high speed WiFi is ideal for companies or groups to access.

CLONARD SUITE

Located on the lower ground conference floor of the hotel, this meeting room boasts natural lighting and is ideal for meetings of up to 60 guests. Drop down screen and projector make this the ideal venue location for training courses, meetings, AGMs and presentations. Due to the close proximity to the hotel carpark, this meeting room is also very popular with companies as a stock room venue in Wexford.

SLANEY SUITE

Located on the 4th floor of the hotel with natural lighting and views of the countryside, this meeting room can accommodate up to 60 guests. With high speed WiFi, drop down screen and projector, this meeting room is very popular for training courses, team building in Wexford and committee meetings.


TUSKAR SUITE

Located on the lower ground conference floor of the hotel, this intimate meeting room is perfect for your smaller meeting requirements and is ideal for conducting company interviews as there is a waiting area outside of the meeting room. The Tuskar meeting room is also ideal as a break out room for group activities.


EQUIPMENT HIRE


Our dedicated and professional team will cater for all your equipment and AV needs and offer assistance and guidance on the requirements that you need to make your event a success.


REFRESHMENTS AND CATERING OPTIONS

Whatever your budget and time constraints we have options available to suit all your meeting room requirements. Hot and Cold beverages, freshly baked cookies and scones, breakfast rolls, healthy break options are some of the lighter options that we offer here at Maldron Hotel Wexford. For full day meetings, we have a selection of lunch options to choose from. We are conscious that many groups are under time constraints on the day so our pre-order lunch facility works well for all our customers. Let us help you organise your evening informal after meeting event with fingerfood, buffet and BBQ options.

For meetings that require team members to stay in the hotel before/after the meeting takes place, we offer special corporate rates with full use of Club Vitae Leisure Facilities.
