What time is Check - in?
Guests can check-in daily from 3pm. Early check-in may be available subject to availability. Please contact reservations on 053 9172000 to check availability.

Do I need a credit card to make a booking?
To make a booking, a valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
Will my credit/debit card be charged on booking?
Bookings require a credit card for guarantee only unless in cases where this is otherwise stated. For some special offers and specific dates, full payment is required at time of booking but these terms will be outlined in the special offer terms and conditions of the booking.
You will be required to authorise your credit card upon check-in but this is for security purposes only and you can choose your preferred payment option on departure. Please note pre authorisation cannot be done on debit cards and payment will be required on check in if a credit card is not available.
Can I cancel my booking?
Maldron Hotel Wexford offers free cancellation up to 48hrs before the arrival date of your booking. Some special offers and key dates outlined in the terms and conditions may specify a special cancellation policy applicable to that offer/date. These terms will be outlined in the terms and conditions
How late can I check into the Hotel?
Guest must check in before 11pm. Please phone ahead if you will be arriving to the hotel later than this.
Is there somewhere I can leave my bag if I arrive early, or need to collect it after I check out?
Luggage can be left with Reception until your room is ready or you are ready to depart.
Does the hotel have Wi-Fi?
Complimentary wifi is available throughout the hotel.
Are there smoking rooms in the hotel?
We operate a smoke free policy in Maldron Hotel Wexford and therefore we do not have smoking rooms. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in an additional cleaning charge.
Are there transport links to the ferry port nearby?
We can arrange private taxi transfer at an additional charge on your behalf or there is a public transport service from Wexford Town to the Ferry Port.
What age are children for the purpose of hotel packages?
Under 12’s are considered children.
Are there ironing facilites in the room?
All our bedrooms have an iron and an ironing board in the bedrooms for guest use
Does the hotel offer family facilities?
Yes, we offer an outdoor play area, mini golf, games room (during summer months) and we operate Kids Camps for all School holidays. Please confirm Kids Camps timetable with the hotel. Minimum numbers are required to run the kids camp and pre-booking is essential to avoid disappointment.
Is Grain and Grill Restaurant open every night for dinner?
Yes, Stir Restaurant is open for dinner 7 nights a week offering both Table D’Hote and A’La Carte Menus.
Do you serve food in the Grain and grill Bar and Lounge?
Yes, we serve a full Barfood Menu from 12pm-9pm Sunday to Thursday and until 9:30pm Fridays and Saturdays.
Can I get a cot/camp bed for my child?
We supply cots and camp beds free of charge. Please note that these must be mentioned at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
Do you have interconnecting rooms?
Yes, we do have interconnecting rooms. Please enquire directly with the hotel to confirm availability.
Is there a fridge in my room?
A minority of our family bedrooms have fridges. If you require a fridge during your stay, please inform us at reservations stage as fridges are subject to availability.
Is there a safe in my room?
We do not provide safes in our bedrooms however safety deposit boxes are available for guest use at Reception.
How do I make a group booking?

Are there babysitting services available?
Yes. We can arrange a babysitter, known to us and trustworthy. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required and a babysitter is subject to availability.
What are the opening hours of the leisure facilities?
Club Vitae opens 7am – 9pm Mon to Fri and 9am – 7pm at weekends. Please note children are permitted to use the facilities until 7pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends. Club Vitae Facilites include a 20m swimming pool, seperate kids pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room as well as a fully equipped gym. Body and Soul treatment rooms are open 7 days a week.
Is there a laundry service available?
Yes. Have your laundry to us before 10am and it will be back the next day. Please note charges do apply.
Do you supply travel adapters?
They are available to purchase in the Hotel.
Are there hairdryers in the bedrooms?
Yes all our bedrooms are equipped with hairdryers.
Is there entertainment at the weekends?
We have entertainment in our Vertigo Bar and Lounge every weekend and more frequently during holiday season.
Is there car parking at the hotel?
Yes, we provide complimentary carparking as well as on site coach parking for hotel residents and guests. Paid parking is available for guests not using the hotel facilities at a charge of €4 per day. Please contact the hotel directly on 053-9172000 for terms and conditions.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
No, with the exception of guide dogs.
How far am I from the main shopping areas?
We are approximately a 5 minute drive from the main shopping area of Wexford town where you will find many chain stores as well as local boutiques for all you shopping needs .

How much is breakfast if not included in my room rate?:
Grain and Grill serves a full vitality breakfast for €12.50 per person. Breakfast is served midweek from 7am-10am. Weekends and bank holidays from 7:30am-10:30am.
