What should I do if I haven’t received a booking confirmation?
If you haven’t received your booking confirmation, please check your spam/junk mail. Alternatively, please contact the reservations team on +353 (0)53 917 2000 or email info.wexford@maldronhotels.com and we can re-issue a new confirmation to you immediately.
What payment methods does the hotel accept?
Maldron Hotel Wexford accepts all forms of major payment including cash, contactless payments and all major credit/debit cards.
What is the hotel’s credit/debit card policy?
A valid credit/debit card is required to secure all bookings, unless in cases where this is otherwise stated. Please note nothing is charged to the card at booking stage when booking directly with the hotel (with the exception of advance purchase offers or bookings that require a deposit. This will be clearly noted on the booking offer). Please note that a pre-authorisation if required on check-in should you wish to avail of credit in the hotel and charge items to your room during your stay.
If a guest wishes to pay cash on arrival, please note that a €100 refundable deposit and proof of ID will be required on check-in.
What age are children for the purpose of hotel packages?
Children under the age of 3 can stay complimentary in the hotel. For the purposes of packages, a child is noted as being between the ages of 3 and 12.

Are there any age restrictions when booking a hotel room?
Please note that guests must be over 18 to book a hotel room at Maldron Hotel Wexford. All under 18s must be accompanied by a guardian or parent.
Can I show up at the hotel without a booking?
Yes, you can show up at the hotel reception without a booking and we will do our utmost to accommodate you (subject to availability on the day).
Can I extend my stay?
If you wish to extend your stay during your time in the hotel, please contact the reception team and we will be delighted to extend your stay at additional costs (subject to availability).
How can I amend or cancel my booking?
If you have booked directly with the hotel, you can amend or cancel your booking by visiting the ‘Manage Booking’ section on our website by using your confirmation number and email address. Alternatively, you can call us directly on +353 (0)53 917 2000 to cancel or amend your booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Maldron Hotel Wexford operates a 24-hour cancellation policy before the arrival date of your booking. Packages are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. Some special offers and key dates outlined in the terms and conditions may specify a special cancellation policy applicable to that offer/date. These terms will be outlined in the terms and conditions.
How can I cancel my reservation if I booked via a third-party website?
If you have booked via a third-party website, you will need to contact the third-party website directly to amend or cancel your booking as we cannot do that on your behalf. Please note that they have their own cancellation policies, so please refer to your confirmation email.
What does the “no-show” policy entail?
If guests have a confirmed a booking and do not arrive to check-in to the hotel, the firsts nights’ accommodation will be charged to the credit/debit card provided at booking stage.
